AR Proactive gets health providers paid by their patients. This tool is developed for health providers who are dissatisfied with low patient payments and high cost-to-collect. This service is an online, automated invoicing and payment tool that increases patient payments to health providers. It works using call-to-action invoices with a deadline and late fee.

Challenges and Objectives
So the main task for KindGeek team was to create a system for automatic generation and sending invoices based on data import from the providers of medical services. And to implement the possibility of online payments from patients through Authorize.net.
There were two main problems we had to solve.
1. To import and process big amounts of data. To do this we used separate servers (parsing CSV/EXCEL files)
2. Generate and send PDF documents. PDF generation is performed by Cron (task scheduler) and emails are sent through an outside service (Mandrill). To be able to send paper sheets daily, all DPFs are merged and sent to printer, then are manually sent to clients.
Results
Increase patient payments between 25% and 300% per month.
Functionality: series of notification letters with appropriate wording, payment portal for patients, mailing address cleaning, IVR phone calls after hours (to remind and take payment), emailed invoices, automated payment plan set up and reminders, and one-click send accounts to integrated collection agencies. Integration with existing software, processes and it’s all on a dashboard.
