I am co-founder and COO at a firm that makes software that connects all clients data of the real estate brokerage to all property-related data on the market. Our software allows agents to predict which real estate property is most likely to be purchased by a client and helps to make deals within a brokerage or our network.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The quality of their work is really good. We’ve received a lot of reasonable suggestions and advise. Also, we have refused to use the previous supplier and satisfied with this decision.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used Jira for task tracking. Had daily standup calls and weekly retrospectives. It was very effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Proactiveness. Great business understanding. Easy communication

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was great, especially considering our time difference.
